Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. Additionally, after 30 days after the purchase order, we can only offer store credit or exchange of equal value or less. If the value is less, we will not issue a partial refund of the difference in value.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If you received the sunglasses damaged or broken, we will immediately issue a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. Once the tracking status is changed to "Delivered" you will have 30 days to notify us if the sunglasses are broken/damage.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (including the shipping label) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer free replacement if items are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please follow the steps below:

2) Send us clear photos of the damaged areas

3) Once approved, send us the defective sunglasses and we will ship out a free replacement


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the sunglasses were received in perfect condition and returned for refund, we will issue a 100% full refund. However, if we receive the returned sunglasses and it's broken, we have to issue a partial refund of 50% of the total order. So please package the sunglasses carefully and securely.
